| 摘 要： | 目的评估双水平正压无创通气（BiPAP）救治重度急性左心衰竭的疗效.方法选择34例重度急性左心衰竭患者,在常规治疗同时采用双水平气道正压无创通气,观察通气前后动脉血气中pH、PaO2、PaCO2及患者心率、血压及临床表现的变化.结果通气治疗后,患者临床症状明显改善,pH、PaO2、PaCO2等参数与前比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）.结论双水平正压无创通气治疗急性左心衰竭能迅速改善患者症状和低氧血症,是抢救急性左心衰竭安全有效的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the treatment with Bi-level positive airway pressure(BiPAP) in patients with severe acute left heart failure. Methods 34 patients with severe acute left heart failure were treated with BiPAP in addition to conventional treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms, arterial blood gas (pH PaO2 PaCO2), heart rate and blood pressure were measured to evaluate the efficacy of BiPAP. Results After BiPAP, the clinical symptoms had been improved significantly. All the clinical parameters were showed statistical differences (P<0.01 or P<0.05) compared with those before BiPAP. Conclusions BiPAP can improve symptoms and hypoxemia in patients with severe acute left heart failure. It is a safe and effective method in treating severe acute left heart failure. |
