鼻内镜下鼻中隔和鼻腔鼻窦联合手术80例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察鼻内镜下鼻中隔、鼻窦联合手术的治疗效果并探讨其安全可行性。方法:80例鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者均在局部麻醉下一次性接受鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术、鼻息肉切除术、鼻窦开放术及中、下鼻甲手术,并观察术后疗效和并发症。结果:80例患者均顺利完成手术,随访6个月~2年,治愈58例(72.5%),好转19例(23.75%),无效3例(3.75%),总有效率为96.25%。出现并发症3例(3.75%),所有并发症经治疗均获痊愈,无鼻中隔穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论:在局麻鼻内镜下能一次性完成鼻中隔、多鼻窦(鼻-鼻窦)联合手术,且不会增加鼻-鼻窦手术的并发症;因此,该术式是一种安全可行的手术方法,能明显减少鼻息肉及鼻窦炎的复发。

Abstract:Objective:To observe and summarize the clinical effect of endoscopic nasal septum surgery combined with multi-sinus surgery, and to discuss the safety and feasibility. Methods: Eighty patients with nasal sinues and nasal cavity diseases received endosopic nasal septal reconstruction, polypectomy, ethmoidectomy and partial middle or inferior turbinate resection simultaneously under local anesthesia, and the complications after surgery were observed. Results: Operations in eighty patients were completed successfully.Fifty-five cases were cured, the cure rate of 80 cases was 72.5%, 19 cases effectively recovered (23.75%), and 3 cases didn't recover (3.75%).The clinical cure rate was 96.25%.No severe complications occured. Conclusion: The nasal septal surgery combined with endoscopic nulti-sinus surgery simultaneously under local anesthesia is an effective and safety procedure.It can decrease the recurrence rate of nasal polyp and sinusitis and don't increase the incidence of complication.
