| 摘 要： | 目的探讨院前院内联合急救新举措。方法采用院前救治措施，接听好电话，并对所救者给予指导，选择合适体位安全运送，与急诊科及相关科室紧密联系，争分夺秒抢救。结果全组急救946例，经ICU、CCU救治460例，910例救治成功，36例于48h内死亡。结论急诊急救工作是人们对生命的重视与对健康的渴望。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a novel measure to pre- and intra-hospital emergency. Methods The emergency measures were taken such as working the phones well and instructing the callers, selecting proper position for patients to transport safely, cooperating closely with the staff in emergency department and associated departments to rescue them against time. Results Of all 946 cases rescued, 460 underwent rescue in intensive care unit and CCU, 910 were rescued successfully, and the remaining 36 dead in 48 hours. Conclusion Emergency medical treatment works are the desire for holding life dear and health. |
