| 摘 要： | 目的：研究金匮肾气胶囊中山茱萸的最佳提取条件。方法：用高效液相法比较了山茱萸醇提与水提熊果酸的含量，并采用L9(3^4)正交试验法筛选了醇提取的最佳工艺。结果：金匮肾气胶囊中山茱萸的最佳提取条件为：用6倍量75％的乙醇回流3次，2h／次。结论：此条件适用于金匮肾气胶囊中山莱萸的提取。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the optimum extraction condition for Fructus Corni in Jinkui Shenqi Granule. Methods: HPLC was adopted to compare the content of ursolic acid in water extraction and ethanol extraction. The orthogonal design L9 (34) was used to select the best process. Results:The optimum technical condition was: 6 times of 75% alcohol adding amount, 2 hours of each extraction for three times. Conclusion: The optimum technical condition is suitable for the extraction of Fructus Corni in Jinkui Shenqi Granule. |
