| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨医学生理卫生状况与学习成绩的关系。方法；医学院校三年级学生１２５名，均为男性淋为检出年龄１８岁￣２１岁，采用ＳＣＬ－９０，ＥＰＱ，ＵＰＩ量表检测及实地调查，结果：有心理问题组ＵＰＩ总分高于下沉组ＥＰＱ中Ｎ，Ｐ维度高于下沉组，学习成绩低于下沉组。结论：心理卫生状况对学习绩效有影响，心理卫生状况不佳多与情绪不稳有关。

| Abstract: | AIM: To assess the relationship between mental hygiene and learning achievement. METHODS: Tests of SCL 90, EPQ, and UPI were conducted in 125 male junior students in medical college, who were aged from 18 to 21. RESULTS: Students with psychological problems generally scored higher in UPI total score than students with normal mental hygiene ( P <0.01). Likewise, students with psychological problem scored higher in N and P dimensions of EPQ than students with normal mental hygiene ( P <0.01), but their learning achievements were lower ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Mental hygiene has some influences on learning achievement. Psychological problems are related to emotion instability. |
