| 摘 要： | 目的:初步探讨寒区新兵适应期训练伤低场磁共振表现及损伤分布规律.方法:对寒区某部2011年度所有参训新兵适应期训练有损伤者进行MR检查,观察其MR表现及损伤规律.结果:某部2011年度参训新兵适应训练期共损伤23人,其中损伤膝关节9人(39.1％),损伤踝关节(含胫腓骨下段)8人(34.8％),损伤足部5人(21.7％),损伤髋关节1人(4.3％).结论:新兵适应期训练的时间、强度及方法均对训练伤有一定影响,建议部分训练科目分散进行,各种训练要由浅入深、循序渐进,并注意训练方法.
