医药卫生高职院校“大思政”育人体系构建的实践与思考

新时代思想政治教育环境、教育对象的特质发生巨变，以及技术至上主义狭隘认知急需改变等，呼唤“大思政”思想政治教育改革。为此，以福建卫生职业技术学院为代表的医药卫生高职院校通过推动“大思政”思想政治教育师资队伍整合优化、课程体系重组优化以及内容重构优化等，实践探索“大思政”思想政治教育改革的可行举措，切实落实立德树人根本任务。

Practice and reflection on the construction of an education system of Great Ideological and Political Education in medical and health higher vocational colleges

The environment of ideological and political education has undergone great changes in the new era，and the formation of students unique ideas and behaviors，and the narrow cognition of technology oriented doctrine should be changed，which needed the implementation of the reform of Great Ideological and Political Education. Therefore，medical and health higher vocational colleges represented by Fujian Health College practiced and explored practical measures for this reform by integrating and optimizing teachers，reorganizing the curriculum system and reconstructing the content framwork，so as to effectively implement the fundamental task of moral and intellectual education.
