经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术160例分析

目的对阴道下子宫肌瘤剔除手术中160例患者的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月因子宫肌瘤前来就诊的160例患者作为临床研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,各80例患者,观察组患者行阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术,而对照组患者在腹腔镜下进行子宫肌瘤剔除,观察两组患者术中、术后的康复情况。结果经阴道进行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者其出血量及住院时间与腹腔组患者对比存在较显著的差异性(P<0.05),两组患者手术后对肠胃的影响不存在差异性(P>0.05)。结论阴道下进行子宫肌瘤剔除手术具有创伤小、缩短住院时间及减少患者费用的优点。

Analysis of 160 cases of Transvaginal myomectomy

Objective To the vagina fibroid rejects the operation in 160 patients with clinical therapeutic effect analysis. Methods From 2010January to 2012January due to uterine fibroids came in 160 patients as a clinical study,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each of the 80patients, the patients in the observation group received vaginal myomectomy,while control group patients in laparoscopy uterine fibroids,observe two groups of patients intraoperative,postoperative rehabilitation. Results After vaginal myomectomy with hemorrhage and hospitalization time and celiac patients compared with significant difference ( P < 0. 05) ,two groups of patients after operation on the stomach does not exist difference ( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion The vagina for uterine fibroids operation with less trauma,shorter hospitalization time and patients to reduce the cost.
