布氏菌凝集试验试管法和微量法的比较

摘    要:目的探求一种简便而实用的布氏菌病检测方法。方法在实验条件完全相同的情况下,将98份布氏菌试管凝集试验阳性病人血清,同时进行试管凝集试验和微量凝集试验,将结果进行统计学分析。结果2种检验方法所获结果无差异。结论布氏菌微量凝集试验简便易操作,可以替代传统的试管凝集试验,运用于人间、畜间布氏菌病监测和诊断。

Abstract:Objective To try diagnosing brucellosis with another convienient and feasible method. Methods Under the same conditions, 98 serum samples from patients whose Serum Agglutination Test(SAT) were positive, were tested by Micro Agglutination Test(MAT) and SAT respectively. The results were analyzed with statistics. Results There is no significance between Micro Agglutination Test and Serum Agglutination Test.Conclusions Micro Agglutination Test is more convinient and can be used for human and animals surveillance instead of Micro Agglutination Test.
