眼外伤后带虹膜人工晶状体植入术的并发症及处理

目的：探讨带虹膜人工晶状体植入术的并发症及处理方法。方法：分析42例应用带虹膜人工晶状体入术的效果及术中、术后并发症。结果：术后患畏光症状明显改善，42例中39例视力不同程度提高，获得0．3以上矫正视力者23例，术中并发症为前房出血、IOL襻折断；术后并发症主要为继发青光眼，其次有炎性反应，前房积血、脉络膜脱离、视网膜脱离、角膜浑浊、后囊浑浊等。结论：充分认识带虹膜人工晶状体植入后的并发症，及时适当处理，能够取得良好的疗效。

Complications and management of black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation

Objective To investigate the complications and management of black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation.Methods The surgical results and operative complications of 42 patients who underwent the implantation of black diaphragm intraocular lens were analyzed.Results Visual acuity improved in 39 of 42 cases and best vision was 0.3 or better in 23 cases.Inter-operative complications were hyphema and loops rupture of the lens.The major postoperative complication was glaucoma,others were intraocular inflammation,hyphema,choroidal detachment,retinal detachment,corneal and posterior capsular opcities.Conclusion In the case the post operative complications were prompt and well-controlled,the outcome of black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation was satisfactory.
