| Abstract: | This article discusses the status and function of developing a long-term mechanism in modem hospital management, analyses and summarizes its process, influential factors and the principles in selecting routes of developing a long-term mechanism. It also explains that a long- term mechanism is urgently needed at present. The macro-strategy and micro-thinking as well as the problems which should be noticed are approached and discussed too in the article. |
