大鼠精索血管高位离断对睾丸血流内分泌及其生精功能的影响

摘    要:腹股沟内或腹内款降睾丸常因精索血管蒂过短而使一期睾丸阴囊固定术成为一个外科棘手问题。精索血管高位离断术则较好的解决了在这种情况下睾丸阻囊固定的手术问题,但有关术后睾丸血流,内分泌和生精功能方面的影响,尚值得我们研究。

Abstract:Intracanalicular or intra-abdominal undescented testioles ofen present a difficult surgical problem due to a vascular pedicle shorting that prohibits scrotal plecement with a 1 stage orchiopcxy.The high division of spermatic vessels to properly place the testis in the scrotum solves the problem on this condition,but raices the guestion of the surgilal effects on testicular blood flow,endocrine and spermatogenic function in the stady spermatic vascular division was done intra-abdominally in young rats.Tasticularblood flow indices in the high division and in the normal group shoved comparable results(P>0.05),and both values were significantly higher than those of the low division gronp(P<0.01).The post-oprative and post-stimulation serum testoteron levels in the high divsion and in the normal group were comparable(P>0.05),and hoth levels were significantly greater than those of the low division and the castrated group(P<0.01), but there were also comparable results beween the low division and thecastrated group(P>0.05) when the mean tubular diameter and the testicular biopsy soore were compared, there was nosigniticant differense beween the high division and the normal gronp (P>0.05),and both were significanlly higher than those of the low division gronp (P<0.01).These expermantal results demonstrate clearly that the hign transection of spermatic vesscls in young rats ensures the post-operaticle testicles an effective blood flow by the collateral testicular circulation and has no deleterious effects on testicular endocrine and spermatogennie function in adults may be regarded as an effective operation for correcton of the high undescended testis in paediatric surgery.
