55例妊娠合并心脏病患者的护理观察

目的分析妊娠合并心脏病患者的护理措施。方法选取我院妊娠合并心脏病患者55例,比较患者的分娩方式、心脏病种类和心功能分级,根据不同类型给予相应的护理。结果风湿性心脏病发生率明显高于先天性心脏病、围生期心肌病、妊娠高血压性心脏病、甲亢性心脏病及其他心脏病,相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自然分娩产钳分娩两种方式,心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级明显高于心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);剖宫产分娩中心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级明显低于心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并心脏病患者孕产期的合理护理措施有助于母婴安全。

Nursing Observation of 55 Cases of Pregnancy Complicated by Heart Patients

Objective To analyze the pregnancy with nursing measure of heart patients.Methods The patients with heart disease in pregnancy with 55 cases,more patients with heart disease,childbirth types and cardiac function way classification,according to different type give corresponding nursing.Results the rheumatic heart disease was significantly higher than the congenital heart disease,perinatal cardiomyopathy,pregnancy-induced hypertension disease,hyperthyroidism sex heart disease and other heart disease,compared with difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Natural birth ChanQian delivery two ways,the heart Ⅰ~Ⅱ level was significantly higher than the heart function Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ levels of patients,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Cesarean section delivery center function Ⅰ~Ⅱ level was significantly lower than the heart function Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ level patients(P<0.05).Conclusion pregnancy with heart disease patients were reasonable care measures will help maternal and infant security.
