人工全髋关节置换术与空心钉内固定术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的临床效果分析

目的探讨空心钉内固定术和人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院于2008年6月至2011年6月收治的60岁以上的老年股骨颈骨折患者64例,其中人工全髋关节置换术组36例(A组),空心钉内固定术治疗组28例(B组),两组患者差异无统计学意义。在对两组患者手术及术后功能恢复情况进行跟踪随访,术后平均随访时问26.3个月。随访内容包括:受伤至手术时间、并发症、扶双拐下地活动时间及功能评价。结果 Harris功能评分,A组优19例,良10例,优良率80.6%;B组优12例,良5例,优良率60.7%。结论老年性股骨颈骨折的手术治疗方法应结合患者年龄、移位程度、患者的一般情况,基础疾病及患者经济状况等综合作出决定。

Analysis of the Clinical Effects of Artificial Total Hip Arthroplasty with Cannulated Screw Fixation in the Treatment of Senile Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of cannulated screw fixation and total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture.Methods were analyzed retrospectively in June 2008 to June 2011 were over the age of 60 femoral neck fractures in patients with 64 cases,36 cases of total hip arthroplasty group(group A),cannulated screw fixation treatment group,28 patients(group B),two groups of patients were no significant differences.In the two groups of patients with surgery and postoperative functional recovery followed up,26.3 months mean follow-up time.Follow-up include: injury to surgery time,complications,supporting crutches ambulation time and function evaluation.Results Harris scores of group A were excellent in 19 cases,10 cases of good,excellent and good rate was 80.6%;were excellent in 12 cases,good in 5 cases,good rate of 60.7%.Conclusion Elderly patients with femoral neck fractures should be combined with patient age,degree of displacement,the general situation of the patient’s underlying disease and the patients’ economic status decision.
