抗骨质疏松辅助治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨抗骨质疏松辅助治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2009年4月至2011年1月在我院进行治疗的70例老年肱骨近端骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行锁定钢板治疗,观察组联合抗骨质疏松治疗,比较治疗疗效。结果观察组优良率为94.29%,对照组优良率为74.29%,观察组骨折愈合时间明显少于对照组,经治疗后,观察组骨密度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗骨质疏松治疗辅助治疗老年肱骨近端骨折,可明显提高治疗疗效,有利于增加骨密度和促进骨折愈合。

Observation of the Anti Osteoporosis Adjuvant Therapy for Senile Proximal Humeral Fracture Curative Effect

Objective To investigate the anti osteoporosis treating senile proximal humeral fracture.Methods from 2009 April to2011 January in our hospital for treatment of 70 cases of senile proximal humeral fracture patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given the treatment of the locking plate,the observation group combined with treatment of osteoporosis,treatment efficacy comparison.Results the excellent and good rate of the observation group was 94.29%,the excellent and good rate of the control group was 74.29%,fracture healing time of the observation group was less than that of the control group,after treatment,bone density of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of osteoporosis in adjuvant treatment of proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients,can significantly improve the treatment effect,is helpful for increasing bone density and fracture healing.
