高血压病合并颈动脉硬化中医证型临床研究

目的分析高血压病并发颈动脉的粥样硬化症中医证型。方法采取四诊方法回顾收集我院自2008年11月至2011年11月以来,于我科治疗的300例高血压病并发颈动脉硬化症患者临床资料,依据患者颈动脉的粥样硬化实际情况将其分为A组(正常组)与B组(IMT增厚)以及C组(斑块组)予以辨证。结果患者中医证型中,有气虚表现者81.13%。其中39.37%表现为气虚痰瘀型粥样斑块,31.50%表现为气虚血瘀型,7.87%表现为气虚痰浊型。患者颈动脉内膜的中层增厚时多以血瘀气虚为主证,患者颈动脉的粥样斑块在形成时多以痰瘀气虚为主证。结论患者高血压病并发颈动脉的粥样硬化以痰瘀气虚证及血瘀气虚证为其主要证型,血瘀气滞证与痰浊气虚证以及痰热证和阴虚证则为其次。

Hypertension with Carotid Atherosclerosis of TCM Clinical Research

Objective Analysis of hypertension complicated by TCM syndrome of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Take four diagnostic review collected in our hospital from November 2008 to November 2011,the surgical treatment of 300 cases of hypertension concurrent clinical data of patients with carotid atherosclerosis according to carotid artery atherosclerosisdivided into group A(normal group) and group B(IMT thickening) and group C(plaque group) to be dialectical.Results TCM syndrome type,qi deficiency of the performance by 81.13%.39.37% expressed as qi deficiency and Phlegm atherosclerotic plaques,31.50% expressed as Qi and Blood,the performance of 7.87% for the deficiency phlegm type.Patients with carotid artery intimamedia thickening when more than stasis Qi deficiency-based card,carotid artery plaque in the formation of more phlegm and blood qi deficiency-based card.Conclusion Patients with hypertension complicated by atherosclerosis of the carotid artery Phlegm Qi deficiency and blood stasis Qi deficiency,its main card type,followed by blood stasis and qi stagnation and phlegm qi deficiency and phlegm-heat card and Yin Deficiency was.
