慢性肝病患者的睡眠护理干预方法探讨

目的探讨慢性肝病患者的睡眠护理干预方法。方法两组患者均进行常规的治疗与护理。护理干预组患者在进行基础治疗与护理的同时给予护理干预措施,包括心理干预以及饮食调节等方面。结果护理干预组肝部疾病患者经过护理干预措施后睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量以及睡眠障碍等情况相对于未进行护理干预的对照组肝部疾病患者均取得较大的改善,且催眠药物的使用明显减少。护理干预组肝部疾病患者经过护理干预措施后心理领域、环境领域以及社会关系领域等方面均较对照组未进行护理干预措施的肝部疾病患者有较大改善。结论对肝部疾病患者进行正确及时的护理干预可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量以及有效改善患者的生存质量。

The Discuss of Sleep Nursing Intervention of Patients with Chronic Liver Disease

Objective To investigate the chronic liver disease patients with sleep nursing intervention methods.Methods Two groups of patients underwent routine therapy and nursing care.Nursing intervention group patients in basic nursing and treatment and nursing intervention measures,including mental intervention and dietary regulation etc.Results Nursing intervention group of liver disease patients after the nursing intervention measures of sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep quality and sleep disorders and the nursing intervention for patients with liver disease control group has greatly improved,and the hypnotic drug use was significantly reduced.Nursing care of liver disease patients after the nursing intervention group intervention on psychological field,environment as well as social relations and other fields were compared to a control group without nursing interventions in patients with liver disease has greatly improved.Conclusion Liver disease patients correctly and timely nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and improve the life quality of the patients.
