重用金银花治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

目的探讨重用金银花治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察。方法患者分成五组,第一组服用异维甲酸和外用氯柳酊;第二组服用强力霉素和外用氯柳酊;第三组服用附方一和外用氯柳酊;第四组服用异维甲酸和附方一并外用氯柳酊;第五组服用强力霉素和附方一并外用氯柳酊。疗程共6周,每两周随访一次,分别计录患者的愈显率和自觉满意率。结果组A、B、C患者的愈显率分别为65.00%、58.33%和83.33%。与组A、B相比,组C患者的愈显率显著增大(P<0.05);组A、B、C患者的满意率分别为78.33%、71.67%和96.67%。与组A、B相比,组C患者的满意率明显增大(P<0.05)。结论重用金银花等中草药单用或和西药联用,均能取得比单用西药较好疗效,从而提高医疗服务质量,促进医患沟通,为医院创造更大的经济价值。

Clinical Observation of Reuse Honeysuckle Treatment of Severe Acne

Objective To learn the clinic effect of moderately severe acne by using heavily honeysuckle. Methods All the patients are divided into 5 groups. The group 1 uses accutane and tinctura ehloramphenicoli et aeidi salicylici for external use. The group 2 uses deoxytetracycline and tinctura. The group 3 uses vnb and tinctura. The group 4 uses accutane, vnb and tinctura. The group 5 uses deoxytetracycline, vnb and tinctura. There are 6w and folloup 1 time per 2w. Record the cure and excellence and satisfaction rate. Results The cure and excellence rate of group C is better （65.00% VS 58.33% VS 83.33%, P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of group C is better （78.33% VS 71.67% VS 96.67%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using heavily？honeysuckle solely or ？joint Western medicine are better than only Western medicine. It can increase medicine quality of service and ？physician-patient communication.
