婴幼儿泪道阻塞的探通治疗

目的 观察246例（315只眼）可疑先天性泪道阻塞并行泪道冲洗及探通术的病例。对方法及疗效作一探讨。方法 对可疑患儿行泪道冲洗及探通术。患眼局部麻醉后，清洗消毒，泪点扩张器扩张泪小点并冲洗泪道之后，以探针从泪小点进针，沿泪道走行直达下鼻道。1周后复诊，必要重复治疗。结果 315只眼中，288只眼（91.4%)为泪道阻塞（泪道阻塞合并泪囊炎174只眼，泪道阻塞97只眼，单纯泪小点膜闭17只眼），泪道狭窄27只眼（8.6%)。治愈306只眼，治愈率97.1%。结论 泪道冲洗及探通术对先天性泪道阻塞有切实疗效，且在临床上简便易行。

Probing therapy for congenital obstruction of lacrimal ducts in infants

Objective To study 246 patients (315 eyes) who were suspected to suffer from congenital obstruction of lacrimal ducts and accepted probing treatment.Methods All the patients were administered lavage and probing treatment of lacrimal ducts.After local anaesthesia and disinfection of the abnormal eyes,a dilator was used to dilate the lacrimal puncta and lacrimal ducts were lavaged.Then a lacrimal probe was used to probe the ducts from lacrimal puncta to lower nasal cavity along its' trend.Patients should be reexamined after one week.Repeated treatment would be taken if it was necessory.Results Among the 246 patients (315 eyes),288 eyes (91.4%) were diagnosed of obstruction of lacrimal ducts,27 eyes (8.6%) were diagnosed of stenosis of lacrimal ducts.306 eyes were cured,the cure rate was 97.1%.Conclusions The probing therapy was an effective method to treat congeni tal obstruction of lacrimal ducts.It is simple and convenient to perform in clinics.
