紫外分光光度法测定中草药中铁的含量

摘    要:目的:测定中草药中微量元素Fe的含量。方法:选取鱼腥草、石菖蒲、板蓝根、何首乌、柴胡、甘草、银杏叶、茯苓、黄芩和葛根10种治疗呼吸系统疾病的中草药,采用湿法消化(HNO3、HClO4),以邻二氮菲为显色剂,用紫外分光光度法测定Fe的含量,方法快速、简便、准确。结果:测量结果表明,10种中草药中含有丰富的微量元素Fe,其中石菖蒲中含量最多,银杏叶中含量最少。10种中草药中微量元素Fe的含量大小顺序为:石菖蒲>板兰根>何首乌>鱼腥草>柴胡>葛根>茯苓>甘草>黄芩>银杏叶。各种中草药中微量元素Fe的含量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:实验结果提供了中草药微量元素Fe含量的数据,对指导人们合理服用中草药进行补铁及进一步开发中草药提供了理论依据,并为探讨中草药中微量元素Fe与治疗呼吸系统疾病的关系以及临床上合理有效使用药物提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the contents of Iron in Chinese traditional medicine.Methods:Choose 10 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine by sample digestion with wet method(HNO3、HClO4),including Herba houttuyniae,Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii,Radix Isatidis,Polygonum multiflorum,Bupleurum chinense,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Ginkgo Leaves,Poria cocos,Scutellaria baicalensis Georig and Pueraria lobata,which can cure disease of the respiratory system.1,10-phanenthrolane was used as developer and to determination the contents of Iron in Chinese traditional medicine by UV-vis.Result: The result shows that the contents of Iron in Chinese traditional medicine was amplification.The contents of Iron in Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii was higher than others.The contents of Iron in Ginkgo Leaves was lower.There was difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion:The result provided the datas from Iron in Chinese traditional medicine.The method is simple,fast and accurate,to instructed the people reasonably to take Chinese traditional medicine to carry on makes up the iron and further develop the Chinese traditional medicine to provide the reliable theory basis.It proved a useful data for approaching the relation between Iron in Chinese traditional medicine and treatment of the respiratory disease and it also proved foundation for reasonable use of medicines at clinic.
