| 摘 要： | 目的观察无尖牙全口义齿修复后咀嚼功能的恢复情况。方法 20例全口无牙颌患者随机分为解剖式人工牙修复组和无尖牙修复组,每组10例。采用Oxford十通道肌电图仪对义齿初戴时和初戴1个月后的双侧颞肌和咬肌进行肌电测试,比较两种义齿的咀嚼效率。结果解剖式人工牙修复组与无尖牙修复组义齿初戴时和初戴后1个月后的肌电峰值电位比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;与初戴时比较,解剖式人工牙修复组初戴后1个月后扣齿运动时的肌电峰值电位显著提高（P〈0.05）,而无尖牙修复组则无明显改变（P〉0.05）。无尖牙修复组初戴后1个月后的肌电活动静息期明显较初戴时缩短（P〈0.05）,且显著短于解剖式人工牙修复组初戴后1个月后的肌电活动静息期（P〈0.05）。两组患者义齿初戴1个月后的咀嚼效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对于牙槽嵴条件差的患者,无尖牙修复与解剖式人工牙修复的咀嚼效能相当,且患者适应性较好。
