金纳米颗粒在肿瘤显像和治疗领域中的应用

摘    要:随着纳米技术的发展,各种纳米级物质在生物医学领域的应用层出不穷,尤其是金纳米颗粒(GNP)正逐步涉足肿瘤显像及治疗领域。分子水平的GNP可以克服生物屏障,优先汇聚于肿瘤细胞中,并且能携带探测信号或治疗物质,通过与各种肿瘤特异性标志物相耦联能够特异性识别肿瘤细胞,同时利用GNP的特殊物理特性,将对肿瘤的诊断、治疗和监测带来新的突破。

Abstract:With the development of nanotechnology,a variety of nanomaterials,gold nanoparticles(GNP) in particular,are gradually involved in tumor imaging and therapy.GNP at the molecular level can overcome the biological barriers to pool in tumor cells with priority,and carry the detection signal or drugs to specifically recognise tumor cells through coupling with tumor-specific markers.Meanwhile,GNP have special physical properties,which will bring new breakthroughs to tumor diagnosis,treatment and monitoring.
