抗性淀粉干预对糖尿病大鼠子代糖代谢的影响

摘    要:目的探讨抗性淀粉干预糖尿病大鼠对其子代糖代谢的影响。方法 20只6周龄雌性2型糖尿病Goto-Kakizaki(GK)大鼠随机分为抗性淀粉组(GK-RS组,n=10)和等能量密度饲料对照组(GK-EC组,n=10),以喂食等能量密度饲料的同龄Wistar雌鼠作为空白对照组(Wistar-EC组,n=10),分组喂养直至分娩。在各组幼鼠中分别随机选取10只雄性幼鼠,常规饲料喂养至8周龄,每周3次记录体质量和摄食量,免疫组织化学法检测胰腺相对β细胞密度,ELISA法测定空腹血清胰岛素水平,口服葡萄糖耐量试验检测空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,以稳态模型的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)评估胰岛素敏感性。结果与GK-EC组比较,GK-RS组空腹血糖浓度显著降低(P〈0.05),胰腺胰岛素含量明显升高(P〈0.05),胰腺相对β细胞密度呈现增高趋势(P=0.07)。GK-EC与GK-RS组幼鼠的摄食量、体质量、HOMA-IR、餐后2 h血糖和血清空腹胰岛素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论抗性淀粉干预糖尿病大鼠有益于改善其子代发生的糖代谢紊乱。
