| 摘 要： | 目的探讨戊二醛固定的自体心包补片在修补婴幼儿室间隔缺损(VSD)中的效果。方法 403例婴幼儿VSD患者均采用戊二醛固定的自体心包补片进行修补。结果无一例患儿出现术后溶血、感染、三度房室传导阻滞以及形成动脉瘤样膨出。29例患者出现残余分流,随访时间1.5个月～2年,其中26例患者残余分流消失,3例患者残余分流未愈合但无需再次手术。残余分流率在各年龄段、各类型VSD之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论戊二醛固定的自体心包是修补婴幼儿简单VSD的良好材料。
