| 摘 要： | 近年来,先天性心脏病(CHD)手术治疗的诊治观点和方法有了较大的改进。左心发育不良综合征(HLHS)的手术方法改进和介入治疗明显提高了手术的成功率;掌握法洛四联症(TOF)右心室流出道梗阻的处理,减少了术后右心室功能的损伤;完全性肺静脉异位引流术(TAPVC)后肺静脉回流梗阻的处理、完全性大动脉错位(TAG)和纠正性大动脉错位(ccTGA)的手术方法更新,使复杂CHD得到了更合理的手术治疗。随着对CHD手术方法的不断改进,手术成功率逐渐提高,并发症进一步减少,明显改善了患儿术后的生活质量,提高了手术的远期疗效。
