远红外线治疗青少年轻中度近视眼的临床研究

目的观察远红外线刺激眼周穴位对青少年轻中度近视眼的治疗作用,探索防治青少年近视的新方法。方法选择86例青少年患者,分为治疗组和对照组。远红外线敷贴眼周穴位并按摩为治疗组,以单纯穴位按摩作对照,观测治疗前后远视力和屈光度并行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率为57.65%,高于对照组31.33%;其对假性近视疗效确切,对轻度近视的疗效优于中度近视。注意用眼卫生者远期疗效稳定。结论远红外线敷贴眼周穴位治疗青少年假性近视、轻度近视疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Treating Juvenile Myopia with Far Infrared Ray

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of far infrared ray on acupoint around eyes on juvenile myopia.Methods 86 teens with myopia were treated with far infrared bioceramic covering and massaging the acupoints around eyes.Results The total effective rate was 57.65% and the long-term efective rate was 31.33%.Conclusions Far infrared ray on acupoint around eyes is effective for juvenile myopia.
