派瑞松联合耳内镜清理冲洗治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床研究

目的探讨派瑞松联合耳内镜清理冲洗治疗真菌性外耳道炎的方法及疗效。方法选取本院2010年7月—2011年7月诊治的80例真菌性外耳道炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组43例,采用派瑞松联合耳内镜清理冲洗。对照组37例,采用5%水杨酸乙醇涂擦外耳道。结果治疗组43例,痊愈18例,显效13例,好转9例,无效3例。对照组37例,痊愈8例,显效11例,好转9例,无效9例。治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.0%、75.6%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.69,P<0.05)。结论派瑞松联合耳内镜清理冲洗治疗真菌性外耳道炎,可显著提高临床疗效。

Clinical study on Pevisone combined with canal clean-up and irrigation using ear endoscopy in the treatment of fungal otitis externa

Objective To investigate the treatment of Pevisone combined with canal clean-up and irrigation using ear endoscopy to fungal otitis externa.Methods Eighty cases of fungal otitis externa from July 2010 to July 2011 were randomly divided into trial group and control group The former group(n=43) were treated with Pevisone and canal clean-up and irrigation using ear endoscopy,and the latter group(n=37) were treated with 5% salicylic acid tincture.Results In the trial group,18 cases were fully recovered,13 were markedly improved,9 were improved and 3 ineffective,and in the control group,the counterparts were 8,11,9 and 9,respectively.The total effective rate was 93.0% in the trial group,and 75.6% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the trial group was superior to that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between them(χ2=4.69,P<0.05).Conclusion That fungal otitis externa is treated with Pevisone combined with canal clean-up and irrigation using ear endoscopy can be a clinically applicable therapy.
