构建临床输血安全体系的设想

临床输血安全问题已经成为一个社会问题,建立在生物医学模式基础上的临床输血系统的各项安全措施难以遏制输血传播疾病和各类安全事故的发生.杜绝输血安全事故是消除输血安全隐患的惟一出路,是构建生物-心理-社会医学模式下的临床输血安全体系,首先要做好的工作是建立临床输血的伦理规范、培育安全的献血员队伍、完善生物-心理-社会医学模式下的临床血液管理使用机制.

The Safety System of the Clinic Blood Transfusion

The Current safety measure based on Bio-Medicine model can't avoid the communicating disease or accidents. The only way to solve the problem is to establish a clinic blood transfusion safety system based on social medicine model. The first important work is to set up the ethics criteria on the clinic blood transfusion, train qualified blood transfusion officials, and improve the management of the use of blood based on social medicine model.
