| 摘 要： | 目的研究足月妊娠孕妇分娩前后蜕膜组织中Th1／Th2细胞因子的变化并探讨其在分娩发动中的作用。方法应用流式细胞技术检测孕晚期未临产组（剖宫产组）和临产组蜕膜组织中TH1TH2型细胞因子。结果足月妊娠孕妇蜕膜NK细胞胞内IFN—γ的表达率为临产组明显高于剖宫产组，而IL4的表达率为临产组明显低于剖宫产组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论分娩发动时，孕妇蜕膜组织中Th1和Th2型细胞发生变化，其机制复杂有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of Th1/Th2 related cytokines in decidua before and after the onset of normal labor in order to understand the role of Th1/Th2 related cytokines in initiating the normal labor. Methods The flow cytometry （FACS） was used to detect Th1/Th2 cytokines in peripheral plasma of the women with late pregnancy before （surgical labor） or after （ natural lhbor） the onset of labor. Results the express rate of IFN-γ in the natural labor group is significantly higher than that in the surgical labor group, while the express rate of IL-4 in the natural labor group is significantly lower than that in the surgical labor group, and the differenc is obvious（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Thl and Th2 type cellof decidua change significantly when labor onset Occurs. |
