无痛胃镜在老年患者中应用的研究

目的研究无痛胃镜在老年患者中应用的安全性及临床价值。方法将45例行无痛胃镜检查(氯胺酮联合异丙酚麻醉)和50例行普通胃镜检查的老年患者的临床资料分组进行分析。比较两组并发症的发生率、生命体征(血压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度)的变化情况,以及术后感受。结果无痛胃镜组较普通胃镜组并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.01),生命体征更平稳(P<0.01),患者术后感受明显改善(P<0.01)。结论无痛胃镜检查应用于老年患者安全、舒适、有效。

Clinical application of sedated esophago-gastroduodenoscopy in geriatric patients

Objective To study the safety and the clinical value of sedated esophago-gastroduodenoscopy(EGD)application in geriatric patients.Methods 45 geriatric patients received sedated EGD by intravenous ketamin and propofol sedation,while 50 geriatric patients received routine EGD with only topical pharyngeal anesthesia.The clinical data were collected from both groups for the comparison of complications,vital signs(blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,blood oxygen saturation)and post-EGD feeling between two groups.Results Compared with routine EGD,sedated EGD had obviously less complications(P<0.01),more stable vital signs(P<0.01)and much better post-EGD feeling(P<0.01).Conclusion Application of sedated EGD in geriatric patients is safe,comfortable and effective.
