| 摘 要： | 按照全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则调查了2574人,寄生虫感染率为86.2％。查出10种寄生虫,仅感染一种虫种及同时感染2、3、4和5种虫种的人分别占调查人数的33.4％、38.2％、12.1％、2.2％和0.3％。肠道蛔、鞭、蛲、钩虫和华支睾吸虫的感染率分别为76.4％、49.1％、39.1％、17.5％及0.12％;肠道原虫溶组织内、结肠内、哈门氏、微小内蜒阿米巴和蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫的感染率分别为0.4％、3.0％、3.3％、0.04％和3.1％。

| Abstract: | According to the detailed rules and regulations of investigations on the human parasitic distribution of the whole country, 2574 persons were investigated. The parasitic infectious rate was 86.2%. 10 kinds of parasites were found. The persons with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 kinds of parasites accounted for 33.4%, 38.2%, 12.1%, 2.2%, and 0.3% of the investigated persons respectively. The intestinal infectious rates of the ascaris, trichuris, enterobious, hookworm and clonorchis sinensis were 76.4%, 49.1%, 39.1%, 17.5% and 0.12%. The intestinal infectious rates of the entamoeba histolytica, entamoeba coli, entamoeba hartmanni, endolimax nana and giaradia cambia stiles were 0.4%, 3.0%, 0.04% and 3.1%. |
