2003年射阳县农村居民恶性肿瘤患病及死亡情况分析

目的]了解射阳县农村居民恶性肿瘤患病及死亡情况,给进一步开展防治工作提供依据。方法]对射阳县2003年农村居民恶性肿瘤患病及死亡有关资料进行分析。结果]报告恶性肿瘤患者2836例,患病率为355.23/10万,标化率为218.70/10万,患病率居前5位的是胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、贲门癌;恶性肿瘤死亡1685例,死亡率为211.06/10万,标化率为125.76/10万,死亡率居前5位的是肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、食管癌、贲门癌。结论]射阳县农村居民恶性肿瘤患病率和死亡率接近国内农村居民平均水平,消化道肿瘤是影响居民健康和寿命的主要恶性肿瘤。

Analysis on the Status of Cancer Death and Case among Residents in Sheyang Country, 2003

Objective]To understand the status of cancer death and case among residents in Sheyang country in 2003. Methods]Data of cancer death and cases among residents of country in 2003 were analyzed, Results]In was reported of cancer were 2 836,and the incidence rate was 355. 23 /10^5 in the top five of incidence rate were stomach cancer,oesophagus cancer, lung cancer, liver and cardia cancer It was reported the death cases of cancer ware 1,685 and the death rate was 211.06/10^5. In the top five of death rate were liver cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, oesophagus cancer and cardia cancer.Conclusion]The rate of cancer death and cases among residents of country in Sheyang was close to other country in China and the malignant neoplasms of digestive organs was principal risk factor.
