| 摘 要： | 目的:观察烧伤湿润暴露疗法在高原地区烧伤救治中的应用疗效.方法:以高原地区39例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,创面分别采用传统西藏民间验方、络合碘纱布及湿润烧伤膏外敷.结果:湿润烧伤膏组创面愈合时间明显缩短于前两组,患者疼痛感明显减轻,创面无感染,创面愈合后无明显瘢痕增生.结论:烧伤湿润暴露疗法作为一种烧伤治疗方法,其治疗效果明显、安全、可靠,可在高原地区推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of MEBT/MEBO applied in Plateau region. Method： 39 cases of patients with deep Ⅱ degree burn was collected in the plateau region. The wounds were treated by traditional Tibetan topical medicine, complex iodine gauze and MEBO respectively. Result： The wound healing time in MEBO group was shorter than that in other 2 groups. In MEBO group, the patients＇pain reduced significandy and no wound infection and no marked scar formation observed. Conclusion： Treating burns with MEBT/MEBO is a good treatment method in plateau region. It is worthy of popularization in plateau region due to its advantages of markedly efficacy, safety and reliability. |
