| 摘 要： | 通过对黑龙江省医院图书馆现状的调查,总结了取得的相关经验和存在的问题,并从统一组织机构、实施规范化管理、开发多渠道的经费来源、培养合格的人才队伍、完善信息化服务和扩大发展资源共享成果、继续办好学会工作等方面提出相应对策,推动全省医院图书馆整体水平的提高,为本省图书馆实现跨越式发展提供依据. |

| Abstract: | The experiences and problems of hospital libraries in Heilongjiang Province were summarized based on the investigation of their current state. Some suggestions were put forward for increasing the overall level of hospital libraries in Heilongjiang Province and providing evidence for their leap over development in terms of unifying organization, implementing standardized management, developing multi-channel outlay resources, training qualified talents, perfecting information service, expanding resource-sharing, and intensifying the work of the Society of Heilongjiang Hospital Libraries. |
