大学生社会支持与自我和谐和生活满意度关系的研究

目的了解大学生生活满意度现状，分析社会支持、自我和谐与大学生生活满意度的关系。方法采用社会支持评定量袁、自我和谐量表和大学生生活满意度评定量表对330名大学生进行调查，然后进行相关分析和方差分析。结果大学生的社会支持与自我和谐、生活满意度密切相关，自我和谐与社会支持呈负相关，生活满意度与社会支持呈正相关；高社会支持组的大学生自我和谐水平、生活满意度显著高于中、低社会支持组。结论社会支持对大学生的自我和谐水平、生活满意度有积极影响。

Relationship among social support,self-harmony and life satisfaction in college students

Objective To understand the state of the life satisfaction of college students, and analyze the relationship among social support, self-harmony and life satisfaction of them. Methods A total of 330 college students were investigated by using social support evaluation scale, self-harmonious scale and life satisfaction evaluation scale, and their correlation and variance were analyzed. Results The college students＇ social support was closely related to selfharmony and life satisfaction; the social support was negatively correlated with self-harmony; the social support was positively correlated with life satisfaction. In the high social support group, the self-harmony and life satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the midst and low social support group. Conclusions The social support has a positive impact on college students＇ self-harmony and life satisfaction.
