| 摘 要： | 本文用戊二醛法连接3株抗胃癌单克隆抗体与阿霉素。ELISA结果显示,结合物中抗体保留了较好的特异性,结合物对靶细胞具有较强的选择性杀伤作用,尤其是将3株单克隆抗体混合物与阿霉素连结时,杀伤作用更为显著。以上结果表明,此3株抗体具有较好的阿霉素导向作用。

| Abstract: | Three lines of monoclonal antibodies were successfully linked to the antitumor a-gent adriamycin (ADR) in gastric carcinoma patients, using the glutaraldehyde method. ELISA showed that the conjugate retained the specificity of monoclonal antibody. Both the living cell staining and the isotope labeling methods proved that the conjugate had a marked selective cytotoxin activity to human gastric carcinoma cell MKN-74. Especially when the mixture of three McAbs was linked with ADR, the cytotoxic activity was more remarkable. These studies indicate that McAb- ADR conjugate may be highly effective for immunotherapy of gastric carcinoma. |
