| 摘 要： | 经皮内窥镜引导下胃造口术(PEG)是广泛应用于各种需肠道营养患者的微创手术.麻醉下行PEG不仅可使患者感到舒适,更重要的是在麻醉监护下保证患者安全.本文总结了PEG术中麻醉用药、方法 和监测等麻醉管理方面的研究进展.

| Abstract: | Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is a well-established microinvasive procedure to provide enteral nutrition for various patients. Anesthetic intervention during PEG not only make patient feel painless but also help to guarantee the safety of patient by anesthetic monitoring. This article summarizes the recent advances in anesthetic techniques, drugs, and monitoring practices for patients under PEG. |
