针刺太冲穴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病30例临床观察

目的 观察针刺单穴(太冲穴)治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床降压效果.方法 将60例肝阳上亢型高血压病患者随机分为针刺组和卡托普利组各30例,经7天的药物洗脱期后,针刺组针刺双侧太冲穴,每日1次;卡托普利组口服卡托普利每次12.5mg,每日2次,两组均连续治疗7天.观察两组患者血压、症状评分及心率变化.结果 治疗后两组患者收缩压、24小时动态血压平均收缩压、舒张压、症状积分及心率下降程度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).但两组患者24小时动态血压平均舒张压下降程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 针刺太冲穴治疗肝阳上亢型高血压具有明确的降压效果,优于口服卡托普利;在改善肝阳上亢型高血压患者症状方面优于口服卡托普利,且能同时降低心率.

Clinical Observation on 30 Hypertension Patients of Liver Yang Hyperactivity Treated by Acupuncture at Taichong(LR 3)

Objective To observe the effect of single point acupuncture at Taichong(LR 3)on lowering blood pressure in patients with hypertension.Methods Sixty hypertension patients with the syndrome of liver yang hyperactivity were randomized into acupuncture group and Captopril group,30 in each.After medical elution for 7 days,the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture at Taichong(LR 3)of both sides,once a day,while the Captopril group was administered Captopril,12.5mg each time,twice a day.Both groups were treated for 7 days in succession.The changes of blood pressure,symptom scores and heart rate were observed.Results After treatment,the systolic pressure,the 24-hour average systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,symptom scores,and decrease of heart rate were all significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).But the decrease of average diastolic pressure of 24h dynamic blood pressure of both groups was not significant in statistics(P>0.05).Conciusion The effect of acupuncture at Taichong(LR 3)on lowering blood pressure and improving the symptoms of hyperactivity of liver yang was better than that of Captopril.Acupuncture can decrease the heart rate at the same time of lowering blood pressure.
