电视胸腔镜下食管癌根治术治疗中、上段食管癌16例分析

目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）行胸中、上段食管癌切除术的方法、可行性,总结临床经验。方法2007年9月~2009年9月,采用VATS方法施行食管癌根治术16例,回顾分析术前、术中、术后近期情况。结果16例患者共清扫淋巴结182个,平均11.375个/例,淋巴结转移率26.9%（49/182）。平均胸部失血量为131 ml,术后引流量为（1281±533.5）ml,胸腔闭式引流管带管时间为（7.25±2.35）d。结论对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期食管癌,电视胸腔镜手术是一种安全、有效的治疗手段。

Comeplete video-assisted thoracic surgery radical operation for esophageal cancer:analysis of 16 cases

Aim To approach the methods and feasibility of video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS)radical operation in patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱesophageal cancer and summarize the clinical experience.Methods 16 patients’ operative characteristics and postoperative courses with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱesophageal cancer undergoing VATS radical operation form September 2007 to September 2009 were retrospectively reviewed.Results The total sum of mediastinal lymphonode resection was 182 averaged 11.375 and the rate of cancerometastasis was 26.9 percent.The blood loss was(131±71.4)ml.The postoperative chest tube drainage was(1281±533.5)ml.The time of postoperative chest tube was(7.25±2.35)d.Conclusion Comeplete video-assisted thoracic surgery is safe and effective in patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱesophageal cancer.
