体外培养视网膜细胞高糖损伤模型的研究进展

摘    要:尽管体内实验更接近真实状态,但体内实验影响因素较多,受多种因素干扰.建立合理的体外培养视网膜细胞高糖损伤模型,对进一步深入研究糖尿病视网膜病变的病理特性、药物作用机制和功能重建具有重要的作用.本文拟对体外培养的视网膜血管内皮细胞、视网膜色素上皮细胞、视网膜Müller细胞以及视网膜神经节细胞高糖损伤模型的建立进行综述.

Abstract:Although experiment in vivo approaches true state, its influencing factor is more disturbed by various factors. Establishing the reasonable high glucose damage model with cells cultured in vitro, plays a vital role for further studies of pathology characteristics, drug mechanism and function reconstruction of diabetic retinopathy. This article summarized the establishment of damage model of high glucose of retinal vessel endothelial cells, retinal pigment epithelium ceils, retinal Mtiller cells and retinal ganglion cells with culture in vitro.
