| 摘 要： | 目的:观察ABCG2 以及CD44+/CD24-细胞在乳腺癌中的表达及与预后的关系.方法:应用免疫组化双染技术检测60例乳腺癌、癌旁及30例乳腺增生症组织中CD44+/CD24-细胞的表达并应用单染技术检测ABCG2.结果:ABCG2在乳腺癌、癌旁和增生组织的阳性表达率分别为50.00%、16.67%和60.00%,乳腺癌及增生组织表达均高于癌旁(P ＜ 0.01);CD44+/CD24- 细胞在3组的阳性表达率分别为5.00%、3.33%和26.67%;增生组织表达高于乳腺癌及癌旁(P ＜ 0.01).两者表达与肿瘤大小、病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结有无转移、复发与否、间质有无淋巴反应之间无统计学意义(均P ＞ 0.05);ABCG2表达与无瘤生存期相关(P ＜ 0.05),CD44+/CD24-细胞表达与无瘤生存期不相关(P ＞ 0.05).ABCG2表达与CD44+/CD24-细胞无相关性 (P ＞ 0.05).结论:ABCG2阴性患者无瘤生存期长;CD44+/CD24-细胞并非只存在于乳腺癌组织中.
