| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨连续白蛋白净化系统(CAPS)治疗中、晚期重型乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:21例重型肝炎患者共58例次在常规内科治疗基础上予CAPS治疗,对照组常规内科治疗,观察CAPS治疗后肝、肾功能指标及电解质、补体、凝血功能的变化、两组总存活率。结果:CAPS组单次治疗后血总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、胆汁酸、血尿素氮、肌酐、血氨均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);治疗后凝血功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。CAPS组总存活率57.1%,较对照组总存活率26.3%明显提高。结论:CAPS是一种治疗中、晚期重型肝炎安全、有效的人工肝支持方法,内科治疗联合CAPS治疗可提高患者存活率。
