| 摘 要： | 目的:探索血清脂联素在胃癌患者的表达水平及在胃癌不同临床病理因素之间的差异。方法:收集95例胃癌患者血清样本。同时选择30例正常人血清作为对照。检测并比较不同分组患者的血清脂联素、血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果:与正常人群相比,胃癌患者具有较低的血清脂联素和较高的血脂水平。而早期转移的胃癌患者血清脂联素水平进一步降低,血脂水平更高。胃癌患者血清脂联素和TC、LDL-C、HDL-C均存在负相关,并且有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:低血清脂联素与胃癌患者的淋巴结转移相关,可能成为反应胃癌患者疾病进展的一个血清指标。
