| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对面部除皱术患者围术期焦虑的影响。方法 50例面部除皱术患者按国际通用随机字母表分为对照组和干预组各25例,对照组采用一般治疗及常规护理,干预组除接受一般治疗及常规护理外,同时接受一系列心理干预和护理干预措施。对两组患者术前、术后均采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）测量,并对测量结果进行统计分析。结果干预组患者在术后1天和术后7天的焦虑情绪明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论对面部除皱术患者进行一系列心理和护理干预措施,能明显减轻患者围手术期的焦虑情绪。
