吉林省肾综合征出血热流行病学调查

目的为掌握吉林省肾综合征出血热发生、分布等情况,为制定全省肾综合征出血热的防制对策提供科学依据.方法对2004年吉林省肾综合征出血热的流行病学资料进行回顾性整理统计、研究分析. 结果全省9个市（州）、60个县（市、区）共报告肾综合征出血热1 840例,死亡20例.发病率为6.90/10万,比2003年增长38.11%,发病率居全国第三位.其中延边、吉林、长春、白山4个市州发病率高于全省平均发病水平,3～6月份,10～12月份为全省流行高峰季节,全年均有发病. 结论吉林省正处于肾综合征出血热高发期,应重视其防制工作.

Epidemiological analysis of memorrahgic fever with renal sndrome in Jilin Province

Objective TO nderstand the situation of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in Jilin province and provide basis for making control measures. Methods The data concerning the prevalence of HFRS in Jilin province in 2004 year were retrospectively analyzed. Results Totally there 1 840 HFRS cases were reported in the whole province, Including 20 deaths. The incidence rate of HFRS is 6.90 per ten thousand with an increase of 38. 11% in 2004 than in 2003, ranking the third in this country. The incidence rate in the cities of Yanbian, Jilin, Changchun, Baishan were higher than other cities. The peak months of infection were from March to June and from October to December. Conclusion The infection of HFRS is increasing in Jilin Provinc and control work be carried out.
