摘    要:目的:探讨雌二醇氮芥在前列腺癌治疗中的有效应用剂量。方法:回顾性分析低剂量磷酸雌二醇氮芥(EMP)在前列腺癌患者中的应用情况,对服用EMP280mg、2次/天及140mg、2次/天不同剂量下85例前列腺癌患者出现的胃肠道反应及肝功损害的情况进行分析,并比较两种剂量下前列腺癌患者的生存时间。结果:在小剂量EMP治疗时,肝功损害的发生显著减少,而胃肠道反应无明显变化。两种剂量对前列腺癌生存时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:减少EMP剂量可降低该药肝功损害的发生,而对前列腺癌治疗效果无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effective application of EMP in the treatment of prostate cancer.Methods:We retrospectively analysed the clinical data of patients who accepted with low-dose EMP,The occurrences of the gastrointestinal discomfort and hepatic dysfunoction were observed in the patients who used the EMP at doses of 280mg and 140mg two times a day,respectively.Kaplan-Meier method was employed to investigate the impact of EMP doses on survival time.Results:The occurrence of hepatic dysfunction decreased signifcantly and occurrence of gastrointestinal discomfort had no significant change in patients with low-dose EMP.There was no significant difference in survival time between those patients with different doses of EMP.Conclusion:We can decrease uhe occurrence of hepatic dysfunction and do not impact the patient's survival time by reducing the dosage of EMP.
