| 摘 要： | 目的研究采血车上首次献血者发生献血不良反应的原因,并探讨相应的护理对策。方法回顾性分析20582例无偿献血者发生献血不良反应的情况。结果首次献血者献血不良反应的发生率（1.54%）高于多次献血者,分析原因主要为精神紧张、恐惧及受他人影响。结论通过加大宣传教育力度,普及献血知识,做好心理护理及改善献血环境等可有效地预防或减少献血不良反应的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the reasons of those initial blood donors who suffer from blood donating reactions on mobile blood collecting vehicles,and discusses the relevant psychological nursing measures in detail.MethodsThe reasons that 20 582 blood donors suffered from blood donating reactions were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe occurrence of blood donating reactions of initial blood donors was much higher than those multiple times blood donors,the main reason is nervousness,fear and being influenced by others.ConclusionThrough enforcing publicity education,making widely available to dedicate the knowledge,improving the mental nursing and the environment etc,the occurrence of the reactions can be prevented. |
