爱迪注射液在放疗中配合治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

目的：探讨提高恶性肿瘤治疗疗效及患者生活质量的方法。方法：回顾分析从2000—2005年将本院收治126例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组（单纯放疗组）和治疗组（爱迪注射液联合放疗组），对照组66例，治疗组60例。评估2组病人放疗结束后的局控率，评价生活质量的改善。结果：治疗组局控率（CR）为78．3％而对照组为68．2％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），治疗组疼痛缓解率为76％，对照组为40．8％，差异有显著性（P〈0．01），治疗组骨髓抑制较对照组明显减轻。结论：在恶性肿瘤放疗葚程中配合使用爱迪注射液能增强肿瘤患者的骨髓抑制耐受性，提高局控率和生活质量。

Clinical observation of radiotherapy plus AD injection for carcinoma

Objective To study how to improve the effect of radiotherapy on carcinoma and improve their living quality.Methods From 2000 to 2005,126 patients with carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,control group(66 cases),treated with radiotherapy alone and the experiment group(60 ceses),treated with AD injection combined with radiotherapy.The local control rates of the two groups were evaluated after the radiotherapy,and the living quality of patients was assessed respectively.Results The local control rate of experiment group was 78.3%,while it was 68.2% in control group.The therapeutic effect in experiment group was obviously superior to control group(P<0.05).The pain relieving rate was 76% in experiment group and(40.8%) in control group.There was significant statistic difference between these two groups(P<0.01).Myelosupression was milder in experiment than in control group.Conclusion The combination of radiotherapy with AD injection may enhance the myelosupression tolerance,improve the cocal control rate and improve the patients's living quality.
