自由基清除剂在急性脑出血的应用研究

摘    要:目的研究自由基清除剂依达拉奉在急性脑出血治疗中的应用。方法212例确诊为急性脑出血的患者被随机分为两组:治疗组102例,对照组110例。治疗组是在对照组基础上加用依达拉奉静脉滴注,14d为一个疗程。结果在治疗后第14、28天,治疗组患者的神经功能缺损评分的改善和日常生活活动能力评分的提高、治疗组的显效率和好转率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后第3、7天,治疗组的血清一氧化氮和过氧化脂质下降、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件的发生率相当(P>0.05)。结论作为自由剂清除剂的依达拉奉能改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力水平,是一种治疗急性脑出血安全有效的药物。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of free radical scavenger(edaravone)in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 212 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly assigned into two groups:102 patients in the treatment group were given edaravone besides routine treatment for 14 days,other 110 patients were treated routinely without edaravone as the control group.Results The improvement of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and activities of daily living scale in the treatment group evaluated at 14th and 28th day were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx)significantly rised at 3rd and 7th day after the treatment,the levels of NO and lipid peroxide(LPO)in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no the statistical difference in the adverse drug reaction in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Free radical scavenger(edaravone)is efficacious and safe in the treatment of acute intracerebral hemorrhage due to the improvement of neurological impairment and activities of daily living in the patients.
