| Abstract: | Bone is one of the most common places of metastasis in breast cancer patients, and the occult metastatic cancer cells can be detected in bone marrow in about 30% of operable breast cancer patients. The detection methods of finding occult metastasis in bone marrow of breast cancer patients and its prognostic value as well as the biology characters and response to adjuvant therapy were reviewed in the paper. |
